- Connect the built-in USB cable to the power bank.
- Press and hold the ankle button for 2 seconds to switch on.
- Press again to cycle through Low → Medium → High.
- Tighten the drawstring cuff for a snug fit that locks the warmth in.
- Hold the button once more to switch off when you're done.
